Global Skills provide reusable business and platform expertise. Ask OLLIE selects the capabilities
relevant to your work, combines them when useful, and completes missing steps through authorized tools.
Client accounts, resources, Context, permissions and approval rules are configured
separately in each Outloop Workspace. The catalog distinguishes Runtime-aligned candidates from
experimental packages; a download is not proof of installation or live client readiness.
Global Skills are reusable capabilities, not rigid workflows.
OLLIE may use one Skill, combine several, use only relevant parts, or complete missing steps with other authorized tools. The absence of a perfect Skill must never by itself stop the task. Client truth comes from live Workspace Context and bindings.
One download. 64 global skills.
Add reusable business and platform expertise to Claude / Cowork as one plugin. Ask OLLIE for an outcome; it selects and combines the relevant installed skills.
Requires the separate Ollie Runtime Pack. Client facts and service access come from your Outloop Workspace.
The plugin contains 64 complete skill folders and a file-by-file checksum manifest. All current catalog skills are included. Runtime owners, schedules, private client configuration and proprietary Anthropic document libraries are excluded.
This edition adds MailerLite, email infrastructure, SEO/GEO, GTM and sales, Reddit research, Instagram messages, agency onboarding and MCP integration. Music production is outside this catalog’s scope. Read the coverage and exclusions report.
Package structure and file integrity are checked. Cowork import and Ollie execution have not been verified for this bundle. Individual cards state their evidence; no live-service result is inferred from a successful download.
For Word, PDF, PowerPoint and Excel tasks, the Business Document Production skill uses available host capabilities. Those dependencies must be enabled in your host; their proprietary source is not bundled.

Runtime Core
Authority, access recovery, email lifecycle and Dispatcher / Operator govern execution. Install the Runtime Pack.
Global Business Skills
Reusable expertise for reporting, analysis, planning and other business outcomes.
Global Platform Skills
Tool-specific knowledge, extraction techniques and platform operations.
Optional capabilities and templates
The Runtime Pack includes optional reporting and Bmby capabilities. The five-item agency pack contains standalone draft/audit templates; it is not validated for OLLIE execution.
Candidate means locally checked instructions; Experimental means not ready for OLLIE execution. Client IDs, formulas, recipients, resource mappings and approval policies belong to Workspace Context and tenant bindings. You do not need to invoke every Skill manually.
The Skill library
Search by the result you need, then narrow by task, tools or installation format. Open a
Skill for example requests, setup instructions and verification details. Any experimental packages appear last and are excluded from the global pack.

What it reads from Workspace Context
—The workspace (tenant) identity this client folder is mapped to
—The approved capability list for this workspace
—The visible state of the Outloop dashboard it is operating
What you still supply
—The service you want to connect, and what the agent should be able to do with it

Read Analyze Create Update Approval required
What needs human approval
—The credential is entered by a person in Outloop and never handled by the Skill. The Skill pauses, says in one sentence what to enter, and resumes on the visible stored state.
—Workspace access, destructive actions and data-privacy deletion stay the operator's decisions. Nothing is switched on silently.
Configured per client Workspace
—A Workspace in the Outloop Mac app, open at its API Keys and Access view
—An approved browser path — the Outloop Managed Browser, or Claude in Chrome
—The Outloop Local Bridge available in the client folder
Known limitations
—Never asks for, reads, types or records a credential value — no chat field, no example value, no screenshot of one
—Configures only through the visible Outloop dashboard in a browser. It uses no terminal step, and the one-time Managed Browser MCP registration is operator setup performed before the Skill runs.
—An OpenAPI import produces a reviewed draft of operations, never an approved or verified workflow
—Setup is a set of independent facts — saved, operations configured, credentials complete, workspace access on, provider verified — and the Skill never reports a collapsed "connected" state
—Worked provider recipes are examples of reusable patterns, not adapters or supported connectors

2.In Claude/Cowork, open Customize → Skills → Create skill → Upload a skill, then choose the ZIP and enable it. For the full catalog plugin, use Customize → Plugins instead.
3.In Claude Code, extract the named skill folder into your personal .claude/skills directory, preserving every supporting file.
4.For Ask OLLIE, install and verify the separate Runtime Pack. Confirm the skill is discoverable in a fresh session, then select the intended Outloop Workspace.
5.Request the outcome. Check the actual output and required service access; a successful import alone does not verify external execution.
Organize evidence into proposed Outloop Workspace Context without sharing client facts globally.

Authorized local file tools
Compatibility and proof
Generic instructions consume canonical OLLIE Runtime owners. Package validation is separate from host installation and live execution.
Runtime dependency: OLLIE Runtime Pack; authorized host tools and required service access.
Claude / Cowork: Package structure checked; GUI import and execution not verified.
Claude Code: Folder format checked; model execution not verified.
New generic instructions informed by a private capability inventory; no private source files or proprietary host libraries are redistributed.
What it solves
Organize evidence into proposed Outloop Workspace Context without sharing client facts globally.
What it reads from Workspace Context
—Current Workspace identity, approved facts, bindings and permissions
What you still supply
—Authorized source material
—Current Context
—Current Context schema
—Requested update scope
What it can change
Can change connected-system state within current authorization. Runtime enforces the active Workspace approval rules.

What needs human approval
—Runtime applies the active Workspace authority and approval rules.
Configured per client Workspace
—Select the intended Workspace; connect only the services needed for the requested action.
Known limitations
—New generic capability; Cowork execution and provider actions require separate verification.

What needs human approval
—Pre-publish approval is required for every upload and every visibility change
Configured per client Workspace
—A Workspace with the client's YouTube channel connected through Outloop
Known limitations
—Does not edit video
—Does not manage comments or community posts
—Moderate evidence base; approval posture rewritten to pre-publish

Product names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners. Outloop is not affiliated
with, endorsed by, or a partner of these companies. Marks identify relevant services; they do not prove this Workspace has access.
How installation works
1.Choose one Skill ZIP or the global plugin above. Keep the ZIP intact for Cowork upload; each individual ZIP contains one named skill folder and all supporting files.
2.For one Skill: Customize → Skills → Create skill → Upload a skill. For the global plugin: Customize → Plugins → upload a custom plugin. Enable the package and verify discovery in a fresh session.
3.Install and verify the separate Ollie Runtime Pack, connect the required systems through Outloop, and select the intended client Workspace. Claude Code users can extract individual skill folders into their personal .claude/skills directory.
4.Ask OLLIE for the outcome. It selects relevant installed Global Skills. Validate access, output and any required delivery before client activation.
There is no one-click installation, and downloading a Skill does not configure Outloop by
itself. Connecting systems, selecting client resources and setting approval rules happen
in your own Outloop installation, per client Workspace.
Installation instructions follow Anthropic’s Skills guide and plugin guide. Host eligibility and organization policy still apply. A format check is not a successful import or an execution test.
Runtime Core · v1.6.0-rc.4
Ollie Workspace Bootstrapper
Not a task package — an AI worker for a whole client workspace. Ollie reads the
workspace’s live Outloop context, watches the approved email connection and project
management, selects the compatible Skills above, and prepares every client-facing reply as an internal
draft for a person to approve. The Ollie Runtime
Pack is available to download — eight components, a published checksum and an
install procedure to verify against.
The reusable Skill stays consistent. Each client Workspace
keeps its own accounts, resources, permissions, Context, KPIs, and approval rules.
01
Reusable organization layer
The Skill itself — the logic, the rules, the report shape, the review checklist. Built once, and the same for every client.
02
Workspace-specific client layer
Each client workspace keeps its own accounts, resources, permissions, Context, KPIs and approval rules. Nothing here is shared, and nothing crosses between clients.
03
Outloop Runtime layer
Approved access is used host-side. Agents never receive the credential, wrong-client access is refused by policy before any backend call, and every attempt is written to a redacted local audit log.
04
Human-control layer
Who approves what, and where an action stops until a person says yes. Destructive operations stay blocked unless that exact capability has been enabled.
What this does not mean. Not unlimited
clients, not unlimited agents, and not a guarantee of availability. Capacity is what your plan
reserves — see pricing.
Not sure which one to start with?
The free AI Marketing Agency Operating Playbook walks through choosing the first workflow to
hand to an AI worker — which jobs are safe to start with, what each one needs from a real
client account, and how to tell whether it is ready for client delivery.
Every Skill on this page stays free to download either way.
Want help getting the first one running?
Optional. A Forward Deployed Engineer can map your client systems, configure approved
access, get the first workflow running and train your team. You never need one to download
a Skill or to run it — it is support for teams that would rather not do the first setup
alone.
The package exists, it is public-safe, and you can download it directly right now. It does not mean the Skill has been tested against a live client workspace, is preconfigured for a specific client, or is instantly operational — it still needs an Outloop Workspace with the right systems connected, the right resources selected, and your approval rules in place.
No. Every Skill is a direct ZIP download from this site. There is no email gate, no double opt-in, no account requirement, no cart and no checkout.
Install the complete package through the host-supported route and verify discovery. With Runtime installed, ask OLLIE for an outcome: it chooses one or more relevant capabilities, uses partial expertise where useful and completes missing steps through authorized tools. Live Workspace Context supplies client truth.
No. A Skill is the reusable operating package. Connecting a system, pinning the right client resources and setting approval rules happen in your own Outloop installation, per client workspace — never through this website.
No. The AI Marketing Agency Operating Playbook still offers its curated five-Skill starter pack alongside the guide. This library is an additional public download library, not a replacement.
No, and the page never implies it. A Capability is the complete business workflow and can involve several Skills plus connected systems, workspace configuration, approvals and implementation work. A Skill is one reusable package inside that.
No. FDE help is optional support for teams that want the first workflow set up and their team trained. It is never a requirement for downloading or running a Skill.
Every Skill lists its exact file size and SHA-256 checksum in its detail panel. Compare them against the file you downloaded if you want to confirm integrity before installing.
No. Every package is scanned before publication for credentials, tokens, private client data and internal identifiers, and any package with a finding is not published. Client accounts, resources and configuration live in your Outloop Workspace, never inside a downloadable Skill.
Individual ZIPs target the Claude/Cowork skill upload format and Claude Code skill folders. The global ZIP is a Cowork plugin, uploaded under Plugins. Cards distinguish package checks, actual import and Ollie execution. OpenAI / ChatGPT installation is not verified by this release.
Yes. The versioned global skills plugin includes the complete Runtime-aligned catalog packages. Install Ollie Runtime separately. Experimental packages and proprietary host libraries are excluded; client configuration stays in your Workspace.
