# SEO and GEO Website Strategy

Turn a complete URL and metadata audit into an ICP-led search strategy and prioritized content roadmap.

## OLLIE Runtime integration

Use relevant methods under the active OLLIE Operator. Read live Workspace Context and tenant bindings for client facts, account identity, goals, permissions and required inputs. Consume ask-ollie-authority-core for authority, outloop-access-fallback for access and recovery, email-lifecycle-core for communication, and the bootstrapper Runtime Contract for execution ownership and completion. This skill introduces no scheduler, independent permission policy or competing Runtime owner.

Discover the active Workspace’s approved capabilities before choosing API or browser access. Use Outloop for external service actions and the host’s supported tools for local artifacts. A product name in this package is not an access grant. Never import private account configuration or follow a source method that bypasses host restrictions. Apply the current task’s authorization; a library update does not grant permission to send, publish or activate a campaign.

## Required inputs

- Website scope and accessible URLs
- ICP and conversion goals
- Existing page inventory and performance evidence
- Planning horizon and implementation capacity

Use for a whole-site search strategy, including AI-search visibility research. Use content editing skills for a single article. Read [audit and prioritization](references/audit.md) for the full evidence model.

## Build the actual site inventory

Reconcile sitemap URLs, internal links, CMS exports and available search/performance data. Record inaccessible, redirected and orphaned URLs instead of claiming a complete crawl from one sitemap. Extract each page’s real status, title, description, H1, canonical, indexing directives, structured data and internal-link role. Distinguish raw HTML from rendered results where rendering matters.

## Join audience and performance evidence

Map URL -> audience need -> intent -> conversion action -> existing evidence. Identify duplication, cannibalization, missing pages and weak conversion paths. Fetch the active ICP and positioning; do not force every website into an agency ICP merely because this skill is in an agency catalog. Use labeled assumptions to finish supported work when strategy inputs are incomplete.

## Produce the strategy and roadmap

Return a sortable URL audit and a written strategy with evidence links, recommendations, dependencies and ownership. Prioritize by expected business value, evidence confidence and effort; state assumptions instead of manufacturing traffic forecasts. Fit the roadmap to the requested horizon and capacity, with first actions and checkpoints.

## Verify search claims

Read [Google’s AI feature guidance](https://developers.google.com/search/docs/appearance/ai-features) before describing AI-search behavior. Keep conventional crawl/index eligibility, content usefulness and evidence quality distinct from observed AI citations. Do not promise ranking or citation, invent special required GEO markup, or represent one sampled answer as universal visibility.

## Completion

Verify findings against source evidence and read back every resulting artifact or authorized change. Distinguish a saved draft, queued job, active workflow and completed delivery. Return the requested outcome, evidence, output location and precise outstanding dependencies. Complete independent work when one dependency is unavailable. Package validation and synthetic fixtures do not establish real host import or provider execution.

Read [evaluation scenarios](references/evaluation.md) when testing this skill.
