name: creative-production-and-briefing
description: Turns a performance finding into a production-ready creative brief, and where enabled generates candidate visuals grounded in the client's real product and official logo, then routes the package for approval. Use when the user asks for a creative brief, new ad creative, a concept for a fatigued campaign, or design direction.

## OLLIE Runtime integration

Use this capability under the active OLLIE Operator. Read live Workspace Context and tenant
bindings for the required inputs below; this public package supplies no client facts or authority.
Consume `ask-ollie-authority-core` for authority, `outloop-access-fallback` for recovery and
resource verification, `email-lifecycle-core` for recipients, approvals and stored-copy delivery
verification, and the bootstrapper Runtime Contract for ownership, scheduling and completion.
These owners govern execution; this Skill does not implement a competing runtime.

Select the relevant expertise below for the requested outcome. Runtime governs combining Skills,
partial use and completing missing steps with other authorized capabilities. This Skill's domain
scope does not limit the Operator's wider authorized task. Preserve domain safety restrictions.
Verify findings against source evidence and read back any resulting artifact or authorized change.

## Business outcome

A performance problem becomes a brief a designer can execute, with the real product and real brand marks — never an approximation.

## Operating modes

Read · Analyze · Draft

## Prerequisites — what must be true before this runs

- Workspace Context (brand, references, claims policy)
- Approved storage, generation and project grants
- Authoritative assets registered with exact identifiers

## Required inputs

| Input | Source |
|---|---|
| Authoritative brand assets, by their exact identifiers | Required — see the fidelity gate |
| Product references and the live landing page | Workspace configuration |
| Brand voice, claims policy and prohibited claims | Workspace Context — brand |
| The performance finding driving the brief | Required |
| Named approver | Configuration |

## Authoritative assets are a hard gate

When the workspace names an authoritative asset — a logo, a product image, a document — it carries that asset's
exact identifier. Retrieve it **by that identifier**. Never substitute a filename search, never redraw, restyle,
approximate or regenerate it. If authorized recovery cannot retrieve it, stop the dependent creative step and report the precise failure: what you looked for, the
identifier, and the exact error. A synthesised stand-in ships a wrong brand, which is worse than shipping nothing.

Where the generation step accepts reference images as inputs, attach the real files. Describing an authoritative
asset in a prompt when the endpoint could have received the file guarantees a plausible, wrong result.

## References establish identity, not layout

The generation model keeps creative control over composition, background, lighting, hierarchy and typography — while
reproducing the real product and official logo faithfully, including the marks on the object itself: printed plates,
stickers, embossed seals, model lettering, the proportion of the body and its fittings. Do not force a copy of an
existing ad's layout.

## Match the authorized production method

Use the workspace-approved creative production method and preserve exact supplied assets and copy.
Where policy requires the model to produce all visible content, correct text through that model.
Otherwise, authorized editing or compositing of actual assets may supply a missing production step.
Inspect the finished image, including glyph order and right-to-left text. Never substitute generated
lookalikes for authoritative assets or present generated footage as real. Return usable independent
brief/reference work if a dependent creative step remains blocked.

## Check claims across the finished unit

Claims policy applies to everything the audience sees — headline, subhead, on-image text, footer, CTA and caption.
Where the workspace limits how many verified data points one piece may carry, that limit applies to the whole unit:
two individually approved facts in one ad still breaks a one-fact rule. Pick the strongest.

## Action classification

| Action class | This workflow |
|---|---|
| Read | Authoritative assets by identifier, existing creative inventory, landing pages, competitor public creative |
| Analyze | Angle selection, audience-segment fit, claim-risk assessment, reference-stack assembly |
| Draft | A production brief and, where enabled, candidate visuals for human selection |
| Write with approval | Creates the approval task. **Never uploads to an ad account and never publishes** |
| Destructive | None |

## Approval and delivery

The Operator applies Authority Core and the active Workspace approval policy to any requested
mutation. Email Lifecycle owns recipient classification, sending and stored-copy verification.
The action table defines this capability's domain scope; it grants no permission by itself.

## Expected output

A production brief, a reference stack, optional candidate visuals for selection, and an approval task addressed to the named reviewer.

## Synthetic placeholders used in this package

These are illustrative only. Real values come from the client's own workspace configuration and are
never written back into this package.
