Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 4, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how ARGAMAN X MEDIA LTD, operating the product brand Outloop (“Outloop,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website, request a walkthrough, use our product, or contact us.

1. Who we are

Outloop is a local-first runtime access layer for AI agents.

Legal entity: ARGAMAN X MEDIA LTD

Contact: support@outloop.co

2. What Outloop does

Outloop helps AI agents use approved API access across client workspaces without exposing raw API keys, storing secrets in project folders, or pulling humans back into the runtime loop.

3. Information we may collect

Website and form information

When you request a walkthrough or contact us, we may collect:

  • Name
  • Company or agency name
  • Work email
  • Plan interest
  • Number of client workspaces
  • Tools or services you use
  • Primary workflow concern
  • Message content you submit

Do not submit API keys, passwords, Bearer tokens, Authorization headers, .env contents, secret-bearing files, or other secrets through our website forms.

Website technical information

We may collect limited technical information such as:

  • Browser type
  • Device type
  • Referring page
  • Pages visited
  • Approximate location based on IP address
  • Basic analytics events

Product account and license information

For paid plans, accounts, and activation, we may collect:

  • Account ID
  • Plan
  • Subscription status
  • License status
  • Activated machine count
  • App version
  • License token status
  • General product health status

Billing information

Payment processing is handled by Paddle as merchant of record.

Paddle may collect and process payment details, billing address, tax information, invoices, payment method information, and payment-related support information.

Outloop does not directly store full payment card details.

4. Information Outloop cloud does not collect

Outloop cloud does not receive:

  • Raw API keys
  • Authorization headers
  • Bearer tokens
  • .env contents
  • Secret-bearing files
  • Passwords
  • Browser-stored secrets
  • Raw local project files
  • Raw API responses
  • Raw local audit logs by default
  • Tenant names or project paths by default

5. Local app data

Outloop is designed to run locally on your Mac or approved workstation.

Local app data may include:

  • Local dashboard state
  • Local policy configuration
  • Local audit records
  • Service aliases
  • Tenant/project configuration
  • Credential backend references
  • Local runtime logs

Raw secrets should remain in approved local or external secure backends such as macOS Keychain, 1Password, Infisical, Doppler, or future secure backend equivalents.

6. How we use information

  • Respond to access requests
  • Provide product support
  • Improve the website and onboarding flow
  • Understand product demand and workflow fit
  • Manage subscription, license, and machine activation state
  • Prevent abuse, fraud, and unauthorized use
  • Comply with legal and tax obligations
  • Communicate product updates and service notices

7. Legal bases where applicable

Depending on your location, we may process personal data based on:

  • Your consent
  • Contract performance
  • Legitimate business interests
  • Legal obligations
  • Fraud prevention and platform safety

8. Sharing information

We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate the website, email, analytics, billing, hosting, support, or product infrastructure.

Billing and payment information may be processed by Paddle.

We do not sell raw API keys, secrets, or secret-bearing files. We do not share raw secrets with advertisers.

9. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies or similar technologies for essential website functionality, analytics, security, performance measurement, and marketing. Cookies are grouped into three categories:

  • Essential — required for the site to work and to remember your cookie choice. Always on.
  • Analytics — helps us understand how the site is used (Google Analytics 4).
  • Marketing — measures advertising campaigns (Google Ads).

Tags are managed through Google Tag Manager and use Google Consent Mode v2 with region-aware defaults. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and anywhere we cannot determine your location, analytics and marketing cookies are denied by default until you choose to allow them via our cookie banner. In the United States, analytics and ad-measurement cookies are on by default with a notice, personalized advertising stays off unless you explicitly enable the marketing category, and you can opt out at any time. Your explicit choice always wins over any regional default. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie Settings link in the footer.

Where marketing measurement is allowed, we keep a first-party cookie with the campaign that brought you to the site (ad click identifiers, campaign labels, first landing page, and referring site hostname — never full URLs or anything you type) and pass those campaign values along when you continue to app.outloop.co to start a trial. For full details on each category and how to manage your choice, see our Cookie Policy.

10. Data retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including access review, support, account management, legal compliance, security, and fraud prevention.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information.

However, no system is perfectly secure.

Outloop is designed so that raw API keys do not need to be submitted through the website or stored in project folders.

12. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or object to certain processing of your personal data.

To make a request, contact support@outloop.co.

13. Children

Outloop is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

14. International transfers

We may process information in countries other than your own.

Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.

16. Contact

For privacy questions, contact support@outloop.co.

Agents keep working. Humans stop pasting keys. Secrets stay local. Tenants stay separated.
