# OLLIE Runtime Pack 1.6.0-rc.4

Scoped update from the immutable rc.3 source. No architecture replacement or tenant configuration.

- Verified internal email requesters receive a same-thread result or natural status/recovery reply
  from the occurrence owner. Client-send approval does not gate this independently permitted reply.
- Mixed-client emails/attachments are isolated before use or persistence. Only confidently separated
  active-client content continues; inseparable material triggers a natural internal clarification.
- XLSX inconvenience invokes practical authorized file/spreadsheet/conversion/browser recovery.
  A different format is requested only after available methods cannot reliably complete the work.
- Email work creates/reuses one PM task after the proper claim. The original Subject is preserved
  within verified PM constraints; later messages update that same task. Uncertain writes read back.
- Readiness applies to individual actions. Flexible Global Skills assist the outcome; a missing
  perfect Skill does not stop authorized work. Existing refusal and identity boundaries remain.

Changed components: ask-ollie-authority-core public-2.5-rc.4; email-lifecycle-core public-2.3-rc.4;
ask-ollie-workspace-bootstrapper 3.8.1-rc.4. Five other components preserve rc.3 bytes and versions.
Generated Dispatcher/Operator stamps and copied references use the updated Bootstrapper content SHA.

The retained 161 tests plus 42 new regressions total 203 local tests. S18–S22 are unchanged and pass
with S21 disagreements: 0. See PROOF.md for validation and live-evidence limits. Local decisions and
synthetic mailbox/PM fixtures do not prove a real provider send or installed host behavior.

rc.3 remains available for rollback; never overwrite its bytes or run duplicate dispatchers.
